Minha estadia foi pessima, hotel não tem regras. Estavam tendo um campeonato de futsal na cidade e os times estava hospedados nesse hotel. O pessoal virava a madrugada fazendo festa nos corredores e ninguém do hotel falava nada.. precisam melhorar nas camas também. Hotel mais velho! O que me deixou chocada foi mesmo a falta de regras pois não consegui dormir nenhum dia que fiquei lá! Horrível!

O hotel possui uma vista espetacular, mas infelizmente não foi possível aproveitá-la plenamente nem registrar a paisagem, pois os vidros externos estavam extremamente sujos, comprometendo bastante a experiência. O acesso ao hotel também é um ponto que merece atenção, principalmente por estar localizado em uma região de acesso complicado, com chegada pela BR bastante movimentada. Por outro lado, os quartos estavam limpos e confortáveis, com exceção dos vidros. Outro ponto que precisa de manutenção são os chuveiros, que apresentavam entupimentos na saída de água, prejudicando o uso. Em contrapartida, o café da manhã é, sem dúvida, o grande destaque do hotel. Fiquei positivamente surpreso com a variedade e, principalmente, com a qualidade dos alimentos oferecidos. De modo geral, é um hotel que possui muito potencial, especialmente pela localização e pela vista privilegiada. Vale, porém, uma reflexão sobre as condições de acesso e alguns cuidados de manutenção e conservação, que poderiam elevar bastante a experiência dos hóspedes.

Já ficamos algumas vezes hospedados no hotel, e o café melhorou muito. Está ótimo agora! O espaço de estacionamento é perfeito, e a equipe de funcionários é muito solícita. O que sugerimos é uma melhora na manutenção dos quartos e corredores (pintura de paredes) e também na área da piscina.
