Everything was fabulous. We stayed in a newer building on the beach. The room, service, and staff were all 10/10. Shout out to Dee at the atlantics edge restaurant for her great dinner service. Our room was clean and replenished daily. The pool and poolside service also excellent. The only downside of our stay was the seaweed. The smell was bad at times. We would've liked to spend more time on the beach and look forward to coming back for that.

Amenities and the property are absolutely beautiful. Mixed feelings about the staff. The bartenders and pool waitress get an A+. Everyone else could be friendlier :) No problems getting through the gate, which I've had issues with at other properties. Even when the night guard steps away, they will send security in less than a minute to open the gate for you so that was great. We enjoyed our stay and I would go back.

Rooms are nice, needed a microwave though. Our A/C unit was very loud. Water pressure could have been better too. The pools close at sunset.....very disappointed with that. Should have been 9-10pm at least. Bars and staff were great. Drinks were small, expensive and "weak". I'd try this resort again in the winter months. It was nice enough to want to go again.

The property is very nice and the bar/wait staff was amazing. Out room we clean and comfortable. I would give this property 5 stars but the Sargassum really put a damper on our trip. This is not the fault of the hotel and they do their best to clean it up but the smell kept us away from the beach and pool the whole trip. It is really bad. Suggestion would be to check that before booking.

Cheeca Lodge is my absolute favorite place in The Keys The property is gorgeous, I love the amenities, the complimentary kayaking, bikes & champagne for Mother’s Day was such a nice touch The rooms are so cozy, just love it there. Ask for Rob at the pool bar, he makes a great drink!

Property and room are beautiful, up to date and well-maintained. Secluded and calm as well. In-house dining was 6.5/10, concierge attitude was subpar and room service the first night was not good, second room service took an hour and a half .

My wife and I had an amazing experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved our room with the screened patio, we had our coffee there every morning overlooking the tennis courts. There’s so many things to do that are included, I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at a resort that had so many amenities included at no charge. We will definitely visit again on our next trip to the Keys.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel beautiful scenery, excellent staff and wonderful food. Everyone was so welcoming. The amenities were my favorite. We took the bikes and went for a long ride, played tennis swam and drink by the pool.
