We had a superior room. They let us check in early which is a bonus point already. Hotel appears new or recently refurbished and we loved the decor throughout. Rooms were clean, and very effective Aircon. Bathroom was a good size and well equipped. The bar was very nice and we were in there every day. Fantastic hotel!

6/10 Good

We had a room overlooking the bus station avoid at all costs as buses reversing first thing will wake you every morning. Restaurant was closed for our stay and was not notified. Good location for old town but bit dodgy after midnight due to proximity of bus station

6/10 Good

I would skip this hotel next time. Negatives: "Superior" rooms listed on the site at 24m2 barely have 15m2. The space to pass between bed and wall rivals any Paris shoebox hotel room. The staff is very focused on up-selling and if you dont speak Spanish or pay attention to what they push on arrival - you'll end up with stuff you dont need. It took me 3 days to get a clear answer if a double room booked by mistake for 1 person can indeed be used by 2 guests. A small pool under a plastic roof is probably useful in sunny winters but feels like greenhouse in 30C+ degrees of warmer months. Positives: very clean and perfect housekeeping, very good breakfast on par with higher priced hotels.

8/10 Very good

Good hotel stay for a reasonable price. Room was clean and spacious, with good amenities. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Pool was a good benefit although small and area around it can easily became crowded. WiFi barely functioned in my room on the 6th floor.

Room was very clean but quite noisy as it overlooked the bus station. Nice being near the gardens and the rooftop pool had great views of the city. Unfortunately the bar only open Thurs - sun, we were there Mon-Thurs! Only had breakfast once as so many coffee shops / restaurants around it wax easy to find alternatives.

This is one of new favourite hotels. The location is brilliant; adjacent to a subway line & the massive bus station. There is also a huge mall with El Corte Ingles one block away. It’s a very short walk into the Carmen; the historical part of the city. There are also great transportation links with the buses. The hotel is terrific & is consistent with other NH hotels that have stayed in. Super friendly and helpful staff, lovely room with a big bathroom and a very easy to understand shower. Breakfast is top rate. I would not hesitate to recommend to stay here, and I look forward to my next stay in Valencia at this hotel.

We had a Standard Room which was clean but a little small, fine for the 4 days we were there. Beds were comfortable. Good shower. There wasn’t a kettle but we did get one when we asked. Staff were polite and helpful. Hotel not too far from old town with bus station, metro and shopping centre nearby. Cost of room a little high in comparison to other similar hotels.
