I am submitting a complaint regarding my recent booking at Razvan Hotel in Bucharest through Expedia. The hotel was listed as offering self-parking; however, upon arrival, we were informed that no parking is available, and staff indicated that this inaccuracy is Expedia’s responsibility. Although the hotel manager offered complimentary breakfast on March 25 as a gesture, this does not address the inconvenience caused by the misleading information.
Additionally, during checkout around 5:00 PM, a member of the reception staff behaved unprofessionally by speaking negatively about us in Romanian, assuming we would not understand. The remarks were clearly inappropriate and disrespectful. This experience does not meet expected standards, and I request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused by the inaccurate parking information., a review of the staff’s conduct, and correction of the inaccurate hotel listing.
