Genuine placer, with great exterior and interior. Breakfast was really good, as was the sauna. It was really hot during our stay in Haukipudas and our room had poor air condidtion plus located on the floor just above the sauna, so we could easily change room thanks to the service-minded staff.

The Restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday. Check in Person told us Breakfast until 10 am. In fact 09 am. We came 9.15 am, they were already clearing up and we got the leftovers. Check out time according to confirmation 12 pm. In fact, the ladies wanted to prepare the room for the next guest at 10.00 am.

The condition of the room was not ideal. Bathroom had mould in the shower niche and the bed was making noises. The rooms could use a overhaul and a upgrade. Despite indicating at the hotel common areas that smoking is not allowed, there was a heavy smell of cigarette odour in the corridor, both at entrance level, inside the elevator and at the corridor on 1st floor.

Huoneessa oli erittäin hyvät sängyt, upea levätä matkan jälkeen. Vedenkeitin harmillisen ylhäällä, hankala nostaa kuumaa keitintä alas. Aamiainen erittäin loistava, monipuolinen ja maistuva. Olen ollut täällä aiemminkin ja tulen varmaan uudestaan.

*** hotellina ylitti odotukset kokonaisuutena. Lankkubaari ravintolan ruoka ylitti odotukset maullaan ja esteettisyydellään, sekä henkilökunta oli oikein mukavaa. WC/suihku huoneessa oli siisti ja uusittu. Ilmastoinnin hätävarana oli viilennyslaite lattialla, minkä paksu putki oli tuuletusluukusta ulkona. Eli ilmastointia ei voinut huoneessa säätää ja WC:n lattialämmitystä ei voinut itse säätää ja joka lämmitti koko huoneen johon tarvittiin tuo erillinen viilennyslaite. Muuten olin tyytyväinen paikkaan ja suosittelen sitä esim. Niille, jotka tekevät Etelä-Suomesta pysähdyksen Lapinreissullaan, niin sopivasti puolivälissä matkaa. Suosittelen.
