Great check in, friendly. The grounds are beautiful with many gardens to enjoy. This is an older facility, so a little worn in areas, but comfortable. Free shuttle to/from airport. The cruise line also picks up/drops off from here.

I paid for 2 rooms and when we arrived at 4pm (Check in is 3pm) only one room was available. We went a long way to find our one room with our luggage only to find a dirty room.

Took an hour to check in! Ridiculous long line, not enough people checking in guests and some took over 20 minutes to check in one person! Only breakfast option is a buffet - gross. Dinner was pretty good but expensive. Most staff seems nice. Beautiful pool area.

Have stayed at the Seatac Doubletree many times over the years. The rooms on the ground level (not the tower) are pretty tired and in need of reno, but the beds are comfy, and it's hard to beat the convenience of the property to the airport.

Shuttle service to the airport was very convenient and the staff was nice. Beds were comfortable and the hotel wasn't worn down like some of the neighboring hotels.
