Such a great hotel! The location, the beautiful room, the fantastic shower were all wonderful. Best of all was the lovely Chiara who was so, so helpful. This place is in the center of everything. It was so easy to go out and navigate being so close. The a/c was also pumping. My comforter which I took from the closet did have some dirt marks on it but the sheets, towels and everything else were great. The staff was super helpful and friendly and even helped me when I didn’t have the correct charger.

This is truly a hidden gem in Naples. We were greeted by a very kind gentleman at the entrance who showed us the way to the elevator and the hotel. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who checked us in and shared many great recommendations for places to visit during our stay. The room was fresh, modern, and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom and air conditioning that kept the room cool throughout our stay. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, polite, and helpful, and their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Naples! ⭐️It's centrally located, close to the taxi stand and within walking distance of many excellent pizzerias, restaurants, and attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring Naples.

Location is ideal. Center of the strip. Close to the beach with an easy walk. Staff was helpful, rooms and bathrooms & a/c great. We liked the balcony. But I wish I could see past the fencing while sitting. There’s a tarp that wraps around it. There’s plenty of chairs but would rather have more lounge chairs.

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, but what really stood out was the incredible customer service. Kiara went above and beyond to help us — she helped carry our bags, coordinated with our taxi driver, and even waited over 20 minutes for us while we were confused trying to find everything. Excellent location in the heart of old town, authentic Naples experience just there, close to most sites and metro stations. Hotel tucked away in courtyard. After a day on the vibrant yet noisy streets, great to get peace on rooftop terrace with views of Mt Vesuvius and the sea in distance. Bought wine and local delicacies in a charming deli just 100m from hotel. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Cosy, comfortable. Highly recommended. Kind staff, helpful with Whatsapp contact when they were not servicing reception.

The street outside is very busy and noisy but the apartments are set back in a courtyard via a lift or stairs on the 4th floor. The apartments are very quiet and staff are friendly and helpful. Being in Piazzetta Nilo made this hotel a great spot to stay. It placed everything me and my girlfriend wanted to see within walking distance (max 25 min walk). The main street is close by and there is plenty of shops and food in the surrounding neighborhood. To top it off the Veiled christ statue is only 1 block away!
