Wonderful location and staff! We took a private water taxi and the dock is only a 2 minute walk from Bianca Capello House. Location is centrally located and easily accessible to main points of interest. Luca and his Staff were so very accommodating! Luca arranged private water taxi to airport and I highly recommend this-well worth the $$ as takes you directly to the airport dock. Room was a bit small but just perfect!! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Venice!

Giovanni was the most charming and friendly host. This property is a hidden gem. So hidden it took us a few minutes to find it, on a small alley just off of a typical Venetian piazza. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. The shower had a window to the outside for fresh air. I found the location to be the perfect mix of centrally located and just left the beaten path. Everything you want to see is within a 15 minute walk. Would stay here again.

Giovanni responded to messages before I got there and gave us a warm greeting upon our arrival. We had the top room which was tough with the luggage, but a very lovely space. Very comfortable beds, and clean room with good water pressure in the shower. Extremely welcoming and courteous staff—Giovanni was at the property every day to answer our questions and was genuinely friendly and helpful. The only slight downside for our stay was a very noisy family with a baby in the room above ours—the sound really travels in this building, just like most older buildings in Venice—however this wasn’t a big issue for us and was not the fault of the hotel. But if you are easily bothered by noise I would suggest booking the top floor.

Lovely spot in a central location. The room was small but in excellent condition and quite serviceable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. A shame they don’t have breakfast as the downstairs has the sweetest set up for it.

Great location in the heart of Venice. The room was typical of European hotel rooms. The place is about 12-15 minute walk from the bus station, perhaps shorter with a water taxi. Cute little room in an almost 600 year old building in the heart of Venice. The staff were incredibly friendly, happy, and helpful. We arrived late in the evening and they made sure we had all the information we needed to get into our room. There is a small common area with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and teapot. Our room was tiny, but clean and had a cupboard for our clothes and a little safe if you need it. The bathroom and shower were great, too.

I cannot begin to explain how easy it was to stay at Bianca Capello. We arrived late at night from the Venice airport and the manager had left us very clear instructions to get in. We had absolutely no issues getting into our room and slept so soundly all nights we were there. Super comfy bed, AC, and we had the terrace room which was so nice to enjoy the mornings and evenings on. It’s so walkable to everywhere in Venice. Such a safe and quiet street too! Don’t hesitate to book this little gem of a hotel!

We loved this hotel! We were greeted at the door by Giovanni who had us sit down immediately and brought us water and espresso. Our room was ready early and it was so charming! We were given great restaurant recommendations too. The AC was a treat, the towels were so soft, and the bed was comfortable. After checkout we were able to leave our bags until heading to the train. Can’t recommend enough!

The room was nice and the bed was comfy. It was a smaller room but that’s what you’d expect in Venice. The location was amazing. There’s a restaurant and bar/cafe right outside and both were fantastic. For the restaurant- get the seafood spaghetti if you really want to taste Venice. The staff were great and very welcoming. One tip - bring Euro in cash to pay the city tax. Overall a great stay and we loved our time in Venice!

Excellent stay in an extremely central spot to walk to anywhere or 2 minutes to the ferry. Terrace was bigger than expected, lovely quiet spot.
