Convenient, safe location near the airport and Ave. Roma - shops, restaurants, etc. Welcoming multi-lingual staff. Clean, spacious rooms, with excellent water pressure and ample hot water. Room service available, and a lounge in the lobby serves small meals. In all, Lutecia has everything we look for in a hotel. It's our go-to location when we visit Lisbon.

The Hotel location is close to public transportation and several restaurants and the Manzanares River, which has a multipurpose path for walking/biking and many opportunities to view the river, locks, and photos. Easy access to airport as well. The room was relatively clean, but we did find a couple items that on the floor that housekeeping did not pick up. I'd stay again for the location.

Nice small lounge with coffee, drinks and food right off the lobby. They were overbooked and wanted to send me to another hotel but when I explained that wouldn't work because my tour bus was leaving from the hotel the next morning they were able to rectify the problem. Other than the glitch with overbooking, it was great.
