This is a small hotel, not extravagant by any means, and hard to find by even taxi drivers. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. The room was clean and they even had hair products and skincare products in the room. The most important part is the location. You’re in the middle of bars, restaurants, and even shops. This area came alive in the evening and it was so much fun. Highly recommended.

Just upon stepping inside, we were greeted right away with a kind staff. Check in was so fast. Our room is equipped with everything you can think of that you need even to the smallest detail. 1 minutes walk from Jong-no 3-ga exit 5 of line 5!, 2 way ( via ground car park) to go into the heart of the hotel (need to search and don’t miss the light broad) Super convenient for transportation Line 3 and line 1 connected to line 5 Jongno 3-ga, so no need to exchange Airport by Arex express to Seoul station and then take Line 1 to hotel (At Seoul station, need to pass the orange gate and then go in the (non-red) gate again to line 1) Jongno 3-ga with many food / restaurant and happy to have dinner late after whole day and back to hotel shortly! Room come with water, snacks and drink in refrigerator and mini popcorn, toast and coffee at reception

Excellent hotel in the heart of Jongno. Even though it is a “love hotel” I didn’t get that vibe at all. The rooms were clean, spacious safe. Everything is pretty much right outside the hotel including tran stations. I loved our stay and it was very good value. I stayed here with 2 kids.

Nice and charmful room with its wooden ground. It has everything what you need for exploring Seoul. The location is fantastic! A few meters from the metro station „Jangno 3“, at the beginning of a Hanok market woth fancy and stylish restaurants and cafés and the palaces are easy reachable on foot. Helpful and friendly stuff and the room was super clean. Daily room-service, doesn‘t matter when you leave your room!

Good hotel

Very good location, just parallel of the street with street restaurants and cafes open at night but very quiet as it's not on this street. Room service every day, night gowns provided, mini bar free with lots of snacks, water and soft drinks. These are provided daily as well. Room is bigger than other hotels I searched in similar price range.

I rated 4 star just because this hotel is right smack at the tourist street food area. But I have a negative feedbacks. First our room the AC unit is not working. I complained and the staff said just open the window. Second, the bed sheet was never replaced during our week stay though their cleaning our room daily. Staff was friendly tho.

The room was small, but neat and clean. The staff was very helpful fixing a few minor problems in the room. Great location in the middle of all the action in Insadong. Our room had a mini-fridge, but no microwave - however one was available in the lobby. The bed was unusually firm - if staying more than a day or two, consider bringing a thin mattress pad. The hotel-provided water and small treats were nice.

I changed to this property after my original accommodation in Hongdae was so grim I didnt want to stay there. I managed to book the last room in the property and I am so glad i made the change. My room had a shower, toilet and seperate whirl bath (although the bubbles didnt work) and was spacious and clean. Staff cleaned the room daily, no matter what time you left, and the location was absolutely perfect for getting to both the nearby subway and walking to local sites of interest. The bed was very firm, but actually just what was needed after long days out.
