Wonderful staff. The layout of the hotel is difficult because of different levels and elevators that have to be taken, so not handicapped friendly.

Housekeeping was slow to make the rooms, sometimes we would come from being in the city all day, say 6pm and the room was not ready. We would usually leave the room around 10 to 11am. Sometimes towels were missing and we needed to go out on the floor searching for HK to help. The Staff is friendly and very professional. The location of the property is excellent, near bars and great restaurants.
