6/10 Good

The hotel is generally ok, rooms decent but basic. Beds are comfortable. Leisure facilities and pool could really do with an update and refresh. The hotel is very centrally located and very close to Buchanan street for shopping and Royal Conservatoire, however it’s just off Sauchihall Street which is try tired and in need of rejuvenation

Wonderful family room. Loads of space. Staff were very friendly particularly the guy in the gym who chatted with us while we were having our pre travelling home ‘picnic’!
