Wyndham Garden Baton Rouge

Bonito hotel, limpio y comodo, bien ubicado, buena atencion y servicio de parte del personal.

This is our second stay at this hotel. It is great for our 3 kiddos that are 5, 3, and 2. We stayed in the 2 queen suite. The separate sitting room is perfect to hide out in during nap time and bedtime. The major issue we had this stay was the breakfast. We stayed 3 nights and each morning they were out of food and very slow to bring out more. The stay and hotel were great for us; just be prepared to go out for breakfast.

On my second night, my key would not work. It was 2:30 in the morning. I got in lobby and no one was there to get my key fixed. I called and let phone ring. No answer. I hat to yell for several minutes and finally a lady came out from back still half asleep. No apologies or any explanation. That was my only complaint. Otherwise it was good. I will give it another try.

Amazing staff. Great location within walking distance of convinence store and restraunts

We checked in and there were no towels. We asked the front desk for some but never got them. I had to swipe some from the fitness center. One of the pillowcases had dried blood on it. The toilet didn’t flush properly and was noisy. Not a good experience.
