We were able to check-in a bit early which was helpful and our deluxe room was clean and in good working order. Breakfast was very nice, the staff there gave us takeaway cups and bags when we asked. No problem at all.. The location is excellent being near to tube stations. Didn't use gym, but seemed popular.. was small though

Chia was incredible! I just love the staff there. Can’t remember all the names (aside from Chia & Katya) but the ladies were tremendous! Dimitri was helpful too.

Clean and good room. The airconditioning was also good.

Unfortunately the building is completely scaffolded which means entrance is hazardous and there is workman from about 8am walking outside the windows … I feel I should have been advised when booking of the interruption to the amenity of the building as it did affect the ability to have curtain opens ….the room was great otherwise and the location second to none … if you like being around lots of activity…

Hotel is in a great location. It's clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful: It was a hot day and the air-conditioning in our room wasn't working, so we were offered a discount and complimentary breakfast. Thank you!
