This is a beautiful hotel. The front of house reception staff and the hospitality staff at breakfast (particularly Fatma) were incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly. The room was clean with tea and coffee facilities and shower products, and the pool area in the cave was beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Carus Cappadocia. The staff was very helpful, kind, caring and professional. Their new restaurant Di Rocco had very good service and wonderful, delicious food. Our stay at Carus Cappadocia was truly amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is perfect, but most importantly, the service is impeccable. The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable, and went as far as giving us a complimentary cake to celebrate our anniversary. The cherry on top was Daisy, the resident dog, who was always there to greet us and play! We hope to come back very soon!

We loved our stay at the Carus Cappadocia. The hotel was beautifully styled throughout as was our cave room. The location was great and there was a rooftop terrace that was open to guests 24/7. Breakfasts were great and they offered eggs and omelettes included in the buffet. The staff was very helpful. I woiuld highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Cappadocia.

Centrally located, very friendly front desk. Have us an upgrade without asking for it. Pool and spa facilities were great. The buffet breakfast was very impressive. Staff was helpful with all extra curricular activities. The terrace restaurant and outside deck were amazing. Had a lovely dinner there and the deck is a great place to view the hot air balloons. Would highly recommend it.

Great spot as so close to the main road with restaurants, shops and just a walk up to su site point to watch the balloons. Great service from start to finish as front desk provided good info and arranged out transport to and from the airport for a very reasonable $. Thanks to Fatima as she served us wonderful Turkish coffee, tea and breakfast with a welcome smile every day to start our day.

We spent a few nights at Carus Cappadocia in Suite #3 and really enjoyed our stay. We were warmly welcomed at check-in, and the spacious suite was lovely, with crisp linens, coffee and tea, bottled water and a beautiful private patio. The patio was a highlight, although being at the back of the hotel meant some alley noise, occasional strong cooking smells from neighbouring restaurants and not the best of views with some clutter in the neighbouring property but all good. The suite also had a separate room that would be perfect for a third guest. We booked an additional night and moved to a smaller room near the rooftop terrace. It was perfect for one night and had all the key essentials. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed during our stay, so we missed experiencing it, although breakfast was available and cocktails were served on the rooftop until 5 p.m. We were told a new restaurant would be opening soon! The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful, especially with restaurant recommendations. Our only real hiccup came at checkout when the front desk mixed up our airport transfer with another guest. We were given the wrong introduction to our driver and ended up in the wrong transportation, which led to a stressful and confusing drive to the airport. Thankfully, we made it! Overall, a lovely stay and a wonderful base for exploring Cappadocia. Thanks for the memories — we hope to return one day soon! ❤️

You must stay here! When you are traveling, your hotel should feel inviting, safe and welcome. Carus staff does all of that. Special thanks to Gul in the restaurant and the nice woman who checked me in on Sunday June 28. My room was wonderful. Get the room with the French balcony. It is a huge room with lots of amenities. A fridge with cold water. Coffee and tea. Blackout drapes. An indoor pool. Great restaurant there - Haruna. I ate there every meal. Breakfast is a feast s as d all fresh food. You can get eggs cooked to order. All around great visit!! I plan to return and tell my friends to stay here.

Carus Cappadocia hotel is better than I expected: the robes and slippers are all good quality! We had the bigger room with stone tub in the cave. Love it! Although the tub leaks water, it was a little difficult in the first night because it flooded the toilet area. The second day we asked move towels to stop the water flooding the toilet area. There was no problem for they to provide. Provided plenty of drinking water! Air conditioning worked perfectly! The location is great too. Very helpful to reserve hot air balloon ride. Breakfast is very good and on rooftop! The restaurant food is great!
