Room was clean and in good repair except for the heating. Thermostat was set for 60F and temp was 78F and could not get it any cooler. Bath had full sized shampoo etc in the shower, coffee maker, microwave, stove, fridge, ironing board & iron. Table & chairs, some dishes. Breakfast - coffee, juice, Bread/toast, a couple of chocolate muffins, yogurt, apples. Had liquid coffee creamer! (not powdered creamer). Lots of parking in the back. Front and rear doors are locked at all times. Need to be buzzed in to register then use room key for exterior door access. Staff friendly and helpful. Attentive to feedback. Only stayed overnight - checked in then left immediately for a function, returned and went straight to bed. Can't comment on what the hotel might have had.

The staff were incredibly accommodating from check-in to check-out. Their warm hospitality and professionalism truly exceeded my expectations. This is my third time staying at this hotel this year, and every visit has been consistently excellent. The hotel’s cleanliness is outstanding, and the staff always go above and beyond to make every stay comfortable and memorable. A special thanks to the manager Mostaba , who has been exceptionally helpful every time I check in and check out. Their dedication and excellent customer service are truly commendable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, a clean and comfortable stay.

Nice clean property, got annoyed because a family turned up with about 20 suitcases which were blocking the main access. Room is not cleaned daily so no coffee replacement. Had to ask reception but it took a while to got some extra coffee etc. Also room key stopped working daily which was annoying as I had go down to reception again to get it reset. Good local access to food, drinks.
