This was my third time staying at this hotel; however, it is the last time I will stay there. When I arrived, I was forced to use a kiosk to check in, even though I requested a ‘regular check-in with an actual person’. The agent who told me I had to use the kiosk then stood next to the kiosk and either typed in my information or watched me do it. In the meantime, 2 other customers entered the hotel to check-in, and 2 different agents checked them in - both customers were done checking in well before I (and the agent just watching me) was finished checking in. For the price they charge, FORCING a CUSTOMER to use a kiosk to check in is DISGUSTING customer service, particularly in that they REFUSED my request for an agent to check me in, even though there were 3 agents at the front desk, and I was the only customer checking in at the time. I will never stay there again. There are plenty of other options competitively priced in the area.
