It is always a pleasure to stay at the Marriott hotel; however, this property exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very elegant, the room clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend it and stay there as many times as I can, while I visit Orlando. I enjoyed the view to the pool and the city from my room.

Every member from the valet to maintenance were a delight. The rooms were comfortable and had great views of downtown. Everything was a 10-15 min walk to shops and there’s even rideshare bikes out front you can use to speed it up a bit. The restaurant was comfortable and the food was good as well. We will definitely be rebooking this specific hotel on hopefully more frequent visits to the area. 10/10 would recommend

Avoid property at all costs! Arrived to hotel and went to check-in at 6:00pm. Only 1 receptionist at the desk and was told room wasn’t ready. Got called 15 minutes later that the room was ready. Had to get back in line and wait for another 10 minutes to get room key. Go to room and it’s adjoining with another room. No big deal except the walls are made of paper and we could hear the other guests the whole night including their arrival back to the room at 1:30am. Got almost no sleep. I won’t even get into how disgusting the comforter was but it was musty and riddled with mold. We took pictures and tossed the comforter off and just slept in clothes. For $550 a night this was easily the worst hotel experience. I’ll never stay at a Marriott property again.
