Charming hosts and charming accommodations Located on the north-north-east side…inside the wall. Decor is pottery barn meets antique finds and best of ikea. Hosts are new owners, and maybe why so few reviews. Would definitely stay here again. Nice spot for coffee/breakfast/snacks just steps away.

Rooms in this boutique property are managed remotely so no personal contact with any staff during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Property is located within the city walks but outside of the ZTL and there are several parking options (although quite expensive). Lucca is well worth visiting with plenty of sights to see and lots of dining options.

Location perfect and room rustic and quirky which was lovely. Air con worked well and really comfy bed. Unfortunately we had a leak into our bathroom coming from room above and you could see this was an ongoing problem from the patch on ceiling and wall. Didn't really detract from our stay though but definitely needs attention. Would stay here again.

This hotel room was great! I loved the features and location great too! There is a cafe though under it and both nights were soooooo loud from 12-3am (maybe beyond). It seemed to be an area for locals to gather after the bar! I’m a deep sleeper and it kept be up so be wary.

Easy to find. Very cute rustic decor and clean room. The bed is the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in! Although there is no staff (except when e we checked in), they were always responsive via WhatsApp. Access to “the Wall” is right in front of the hotel. It’s beautiful to walk, run or bike there.
