Extremely large apartment! Great quality for everything, nice pool. Great communication at all times for everything, nice staff in every department and beautiful breakfast. Special mention the restaurant for lunch and dinner. We loved it! They have a fantastic chef making wonders in the kitchen. The zebu steak is simply awesome!

Welcome to the Roach Hotel

I was really looking forward to this trip. My tour guide in Tana said he has stayed there and enjoyed it. First of all, when I requested a pickup from the airport, nobody showed up. I had to take a taxi. My room was full of cockroaches everywhere and at night, I was bit by ants (I took a picture of two dead ones). There were also ants and roaches in the bathroom. I showed them to the receptionist who was blasé about it and asked me to email it to the manager. I did and a week later, nothing has happened. This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

Absolutely amazing!! Female solo traveler. There is a store right across the street with cheap beer and liquor. But if not the hotel literally sells everything you need. Jacquisse & miora are the best staff you have. Very knowledge and English is great. We had many girl time talks and they’re hilarious. There are also people that come from the beach everyday offering boat rides and hair braiding, etc. I ended up doing both. Rooms are extremely clean. No bugs, nothing is dirty, soap shampoo and hair dryer in room. The room has great AC unit. You have two front doors for extra safety and keeps the cold air in. My flight actually got canceled so they accommodated me an extra night with a nice discount. My only downfall was the restaurant. I was hoping for more Malagasy food. The restaurant had a lot of American cuisine. And they ran out of eggs often for breakfast, there no pork or meat for breakfast. But zebu/ chicken with bechamel sauce is good option for lunch. Cannot go wrong for crepes either. Other than that amazing !! To get a taxi just stand outside the resort and wave down a tuk tuk or push push. And they will help you asap. Wish I had more time here. Thank you everything. Be back soon <3 (:

Spacious rooms and friendly staff right on the beach. The only critique I have is that they were doing construction on the lower unit of our villa around 8 or 9 in the morning. Given how much vacancy there was while we were visiting, we would’ve appreciated being put in a villa that wasn’t under construction at the time.

We had booked and paid for a room with a beach view but that turned out not to be the case when we asked for a new room we were offered a trip to the neighboring village worth 10 dollars. Really bad way to deal with a customer when it says on the confirmation that the room has a beach view. We stayed in the back row on the ground floor but paid for a beach view.

The only thing good about this property is that is has access to the beach. The WiFi DOESNT work, no matter what they tell you. The shower was clogged, the toilet seat had a crack, no control for the tv, the outlets are in weird places.

Amazing service, but still under construction

We would normally give it a five, but the hotel is still under construction. Once it is completed, the in-pool bar and restaurant will be awesome. Our service was also spectacular. We had cold water problems, and they immediately looked into it and we soon had hot water. Also, after we checked out, one of the people who cleaned the rooms found my wife's smart phone, gave it to the receptionist (Mario), who searched nearby restaurants to eventually find us in order to return the phone. Amazing service.

방 컨디션이 아쉽지만 리조트 환경 조성이 너무 압도적으로 잘되어 있어서 전체적인 만족도가 오히려 높습니다. 일부 방에서 이불에 모래가 있는걸 보니 빨래하면서 전부 섞어서 빠는거 같아서 아쉽긴합니다 런드리서비스도 비싼거에 비해 옷이 망가져서 별로에요 사용하지 마세요. 방, 런드리서비스 그냥 차치하면 레스토랑 밥도 맛있고 수영장, 가까운 해변까지 전반적으로 만족입니더

Wir waren 4 Tage da. Zimmer war nicht eimal gereinigt. Warum- wissen wir nicht. Handtücher waren aber gewechselt regelmäßig. Frühstück haben wir da nur einmal gegessen und das gereichr. Backwaren waren ungenießbar. Sind wir in anderen hotel für Frühstück gezogen (Vezo) In allgemeinen die Mannschaft war da sehr freundlich und nett. Defekten Ventilator und nicht funktionieren Safe wurden in 5 Minuten ausgetauscht. Das Hotel hat riesigen Potenzial der leider kaum genutzt wird.
