Booked a room for myself & 3 small children 0,6, & 8 years old. Upon check in I was advised we would be on the second floor but never told there was no elevator. Having a car seat & bags I just chose to leave bc all that information was provided prior to check in. I would've figured common sense would've been to put us on a first floor room.
