Staff made the difference here. The small town/ village of Rignano sull’Arno is easily within walking distance for many. A shuttle service to/ from train station or town would be a nice touch, as taxi’s will charge 40€ per trip. All said, very good experience

What an amazing experience

What an amazing hotel. Fantastic views and so quiet. Beautifully set up in the mountains, it's just what you want for peace and quiet. The grounds around the hotel are perfectly kept. Staff members are friendly and the hotel is clean and spacious. Our room as well was amazing and very modern. Lots of space and very comfortable as well. Dinner was fantastic and the chef personally go out of their way to accommodate. My wife is vegan and informing the hotel earlier about this, they were able to ensure suitable meals available for both dinner and breakfast. Overall the food quality is excellent with a great choice. Highly recommended this hotel and cannot wait to return back here again.

Just happened upon this resort last minute. Such a lucky break! Loved the views. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Ate breakfast and dinner at the Pruno restaurant everyday of our 5 day stay. Rooms average size, bathrooms were big. Great water pressure in the shower. Good location, close to Florence, Chianti, Sienna. Free parking a plus. Would absolutely stay here again.

Tuscan Scenery and Sun

It is a new resort and located in an isolated off the beaten path location that is perfect for relaxing and great vistas. It is small and cozy with a great restaurant and lovely pool to hang around during the day. Close enough to the city of Florence that it is easy to drive or train into for a nice walk and dinner.

Beautiful property SW of Florence. Wonderful restaurant, pool and hiking. Only negative; you need to have a rental car or your own vehicle in order to make the property accessible to the nearby towns and trips back into Florence. Florence is approximately 30 miles from the resort, takes about 45 minutes to drive. The cab fair in Florence is $135 each direction. . There’s one of the top Italian designer outlet malls 8 miles from the resort, quite beautiful mall and setting with cafes. The unfortunate thing is the property has no shuttle van to take guest into town so it’s about a €50 cab fare each direction to and from the mall and the small town town surrounding it. Excellent staff at the resort the property is in great condition, but could use a hot tub and a fitness center to make it a complete resort experience

とにかくスタッフの皆様が最高でした。おもてなしに慣れた日本人の私でも、こんな最高なホスピタリティを提供してくれるスタッフに感動しました。フロントの女性お二人も、レストランのお二人も心から接客されている感じがして、私も旦那も最高の新婚旅行になりました。お部屋も素敵でしたし、10月中旬だったのでプールは寒くて入れませんでしたがプールサイドでのんびりできました。オフシーズンだったからか他にほとんどお客さんを見なかったので、プールサイド2人じめでした。レストランも、最高のおもてなしをして頂きました！しかも料理はイタリア2週間滞在した中で1番美味しかったです！ありがとうございました！
