Stranger Things

Had unexpected “deposit” fees applied , although it was returned later after the stay the process seemed odd . The overall stay was ok and I only say that is because my family felt just a bit uncomfortable.

The worst place I’ve ever stayed! Do yourself a favor and spend a few more bucks and RUN from this place. Room was dirty, the facilities are DISGUSTING, pool is green and not like the pictures, oh and breakfast was literally just slices of bread. A joke I’m so embarrassed I brought my family here :(

Our stay was ok we paid $12.00 more for a room that has a microwave and fridge. Tv didn’t work well had to be constantly moving the wire in the back for it to work, toilet was dirty, room card didn’t work had to go to office to get a new one, ice machines were broken, some furniture was dusty.

When i booked name company pops LA QUINTA but it was a lie and the price it cost $50 to this place but i saw this price after day i stay, so i paid $78 and they put it $90 and putting discount it just to.make people to.come.more i need my money back i wasnt satisfy at all with all i found dirty smell reom noise with fire alarm bip all night.

Absolutely horrendous room. Extremely dirty. The tub was so dirty in fact i never showered. Roaches crawling late at night as i read. The room appeared to either not have been cleaned or was extremely poorly cleaned. Parking lot was super dirty. Trash all around. Only reason i stayed there was 1 it was late at night. 2 the hotel had a non-refund when booked. This place is literally the worst hotel ive slept in my entire life.

The rooms were decent if you don't mind dead bugs on the floor. There were not enough towels, which were very rough to the touch, in the room. The ice machine had been turned off because the homeless had been doing stuff too it. The swimming pool had very green water.

Rooms were very dirty. Mold in the room and restroom. Stains and mildew on the comforter and curtains, and floor. TV and some lights did not work. Property is dirty. At night, the people from the club next door fill up the parking lot and guest have to park at end of property. We moved rooms and it was still in the same condition.

The room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. The tub was full of hair, and the faucet was dirty. It was the most unpleasant experience. Then it says breakfast is included, but they didn't have any breakfast. It was pure lies. They came in when I wasn't there, took my personal towel, and ran away with it. I mean, I lost out.

I’m very disappointed in my hotel

This hotel is awful. There are so many things wrong with this place. There were police on the property arresting people frequently throughout our stay, and we didn’t feel safe. The room was disgusting, unclean, and the air conditioner didn’t adequately cool the room. There what seemed to be blood and many other stains on the walls, tub and sink. The breakfast was minimal and unappealing. The picture for our room had a microwave and refrigerator, but the room had none. I would never recommend this or return. I believe I should be refunded in full for what I paid.

Visibly not clean

There was mold in the first room on the wall behind the restroom door visibly growing. The next room moved to had dirty moldy sheets on the bed. Asked for more blankets and towels. They only brang two small towels. Me and my family left to avoid getting sick at this hotel. You can tell they did not clean there rooms properly or at all. We did not stay here.
