The staff was friendly and helpful, however the hotel is not very close to restaurants or markets and the hotel only offers breakfast if purchased. You defenitely need a car to get anywhere. The property is beautiful. The walls of the hotel are very thin and someone brought their dog that barked so loud it was kind of upsetting in the morning.

Absolutely horrific! I travelled with small babies and a big group. We were expecting bed and breakfast as that was stated when we booked but when got there there was no receptionist or anyone to receive us. When I asked about breakfast the lady was so rude and said there is no way we could have breakfast and that this was seasonal which was not stated on their website or our booking. When I messaged the host to say if he could come and see us so we could talk he said "it's not his fault we booked out of season and we could leave if we wanted" So rude ! Pool was dirty and one of the rooms were infested with bugs and when we messaged the host he did not reply, No staff to be seen no customer service or concierge. Felt stranded. They never said anything about seasonal stays it's advertised as a hotel! With breakfast and other amenities. Not even spoons or plates in the room or tea and coffee. Very disappointed also very out the way from the main cities! Do not book unless you want to be treated like rubbish! Such a traumatic experience

wir bekamen ein anderes Zimmer als reserviert, mit welchem wir nicht zufrieden waren! bei Nachfrage auf ein dort stehenden Hochstuhl meinte die Dame ganz frech Nein sonst will jeder ein Hochstuhl haben! leider hat das Comfort nicht unsere Erwartungen erfüllt! Gut zu Wissen: für Strand mind. 5 Autominuten und für Altstadt mind. 30 Autominuten (aufgrund starkem Verkehr)
