Great stay overall. The hotel is ideally located in downtown Albany and is clean and comfortable throughout. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent, with the chef preparing a perfect omelette. The host was also very pleasant to speak with.
