The staff seemed to be very nice and helpful. You can tell it is an aged hotel but managed well. The free buffet breakfast is good but be prepared to tip after consuming your breakfast. Our room was ok and the water pressure was amazing. The only downfall was our a/c unit started making a loud noise all night long on the second night. Its location is really good to some restaurants and shopping. Target is conveniently located across the street to grab some drinks and snacks for the room. I would stay here again if I came back to that area.

We had a very pleasant stay! The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, and everything was comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful, which made our stay even better. The breakfast was really good with a nice selection, and the staff serving breakfast were also very kind and welcoming. There is no microwave in the room, but it wasn’t a problem for us because they have one available in the lobby. Everything was convenient and well maintained. Overall, we had a great experience and felt very comfortable during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Outstanding customer service! Kudos to Fifi and Tee for always being so welcoming at breakfast. A traditional hot breakfast buffet is rare these days. Kudos also to housekeeping for consistent high quality cleaning (three stays over the past three months and each time cleaning, particularly the bathrooms, was excellent). Some have commented that the rooms are small. One benefit of older construction is that the rooms are virtually soundproof! Highly recommend for travelers wanting a good night's rest!

The hotel looks a little outdated on the outside but the hotel lobby and rooms were in good shape and clean....the only bad thing was that 2 out of 3 elevators were not working so it took a little longer to get to the lobby or to your room....the staff was very friendly and helpful.....breakfast was included in our stay and it was good....workout facility was decent.....the hotel was close to restaurants and only 6 minutes away from the Metro station and the blue line to Washington DC was great to ride, safe and handy....I also chose this hotel because it had open parking unlike other hotels that were charging $75 for valet parking......I would stay at this hotel again!
