The hotel was conveniently located and within walking distance to the quaint downtown area of Corning. There was plenty of free parking. Our room was spacious and clean. Understanding that the hotel was being renovated during our trip did not interrupt our stay. My only negative was that the trash receptacles outside around the seating areas at the front entrance were overflowing and not very inviting looking for customers coming and going from that entrance. Staff was friendly and we had breakfast in the pretty first-floor dining area. Breakfast service was a bit slow, but the food was good.
