8/10 Very good

Clean place, nice location in proximity of restaurants and small businesses. Staff (front desk and restaurant) were all friendly. Bathroom was only downside - almost no TP when I arrived, no one answered front desk calls so had to go find someone; shower door kept sliding open while I showered.

Loved the location with market street providing great food and entertainment throughout the week. The indoor pool was extremely clean and warm and the workout room was an added plus. We had breakfast daily in the restaurant. The waiters were incredible to help Us with our special dietary needs and so kind. Loved having the bar for an evening drink as well. Wonderful stay! We will use again next year!

10/10 Exceptional

Location, location, location - less than a block away from the Gaffer District perfect for strolling window shopping and grabbing a bite or a tasty ice cream treat! Some modernization going on at the hotel with exposed cables in the hallways but otherwise the property was well kept and the room was spotless. Plus a quick two minute drive from the Corning Museum, the attraction that’s worth the admission.

Stayed overnight for a wedding in the facility. Everything went flawless with the room, wedding, cocktail hour and reception. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Great location. Very close to Market St shops and restaurants. Room was very clean. Public areas were clean, maybe could use a freshen-ing up. We ate a breakfast and a dinner at the restaurant, and both were good.

8/10 Very good

We enjoyed our 3-night stay. Our room was clean and nicely appointed. The only small disappointment was that not wall the amenities were replenished every day. Trash was emptied and towels replaced, even though we left them hanging up for reuse, daily. The location was the biggest plus of all. An easy walking distant to Market Street and other attractions. It was great not having to drive to get anywhere. Watkins Glen was a comfortable drive away.

Hotel has great location situated on the end of market street, very close to the restaurants and a short walk over the bridge to the Corning Museum. Hotel has a nice bar and restaurant. Hotel is comfortable.

The lobby is very dated and the hallways have exposed wires running along the ceiling. The WiFi and cable tv signals in the room are extremely poor. The room overall was pretty clean and the beds were comfortable. Very small bathroom.
