This by far was the most horrible hotel I've stayed at in my lifetime. It took me an hour to check because every key given did not work. I was supposed to have access to the door by the handicapped parking spot, but it didn't work. I had to get replacement keys for the 1st and 2nd day b/c they didn't work. I was not told how to navigate the hotel. You had to go through different doors and floors to get to the room vs getting to the hotel lobby. I had to walk up a hill and down the stairs from my parking spot to get to my room. When I tried to reach a manager Several Times, there was none available. Then when one was available, she conveniently left when we tried to call her back. Look at the pictures below to see the condition of the room. And it had an awful smell. They changed my room once. It was supposed to be for easier access and it wasn't. I had to ask other hotel guests how to get to the lobby from my hotel room and vice versa. Look at the pictures below. The hotel manager offered me a discount, but when the agent from Hotels.com called her, she left. I literally walked to my room and it that time, I was told she left. They gave me used bottles of lotion and other issues in the hotel room. Horrible experience. Horrible. Rust in the tub, holes in the wall, torn currents that I couldn't close all the way. I still have not received my discount.
