We arrived in the early evening and dropped off our luggage. We wanted to take a swim and cool off in the pool, but after one look, we decided not to. We returned around midnight and left the following morning, so fortunately we spent less than 10 hours in the apartment.
The building is nice and located in a quiet area. There is free parking right outside, and it is within walking distance of the restaurants and shops in the old town. The bathroom had nice, large towels.
Unfortunately, there were many issues with the apartment:
There was a bad smell throughout the apartment, like sour milk.
There were ants in the bed and on the floor.
The bathroom tap was constantly running.
The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke.
We booked the apartment for four adults, but there was only one set of bed linen for each double bed.
The swimming pool and sun loungers were dirty and unusable.
The iron had a plug that was incompatible with the apartment's electrical outlets.
Both bedside lamps in one bedroom did not work.
There was loose hair on the bathroom and bedroom floors, as well as on the bed linen.
There was a piece of used soap and part of a disposable razor on the bathroom floor behind the sink.
There was not enough toilet paper for four people, even for a one-night stay.
The toilet brush was filthy.
The pillows were far too thick and hard to sleep on.
There was only cold water for showers the following morning.
