This is a moderately clean, transient hotel/motel. Most of the staff are friendly Mustafa, Malik and another gentleman i didnt get his name. But Parvish takes the"breakfast" way too seriously. I tried to get a cup of cereal, I do not drink milk so JUST cereal to take with me as I dressed for work and he tried to make me pay $20 because they want you to sit in the "dining" area(approx 6 chairs in the lobby) to eat. Which wasn't feasible with timing. The wifi went out and was down for a few days,during the same time. I could barely get clean linens, towels, bedding....etc. I had to ask for a broom to sweep the room myself and could never get a mop. They never cleaned my room i purchased my own cleaning supplies.

First off, it’s not Baymont. The motel has a different name. Upon check in, waited over 20 min for a staff to finally show up. The rooms were terrible! Floors were still dirty, some trash here and there and the room smelled gross. I didn’t feel safe there. We just packed up and I tried asking for a refund with no success and went elsewhere. Will never go back.

Absolutely. Nothing worked at this property, they just changed the name probably because of pool reviews before. Inside the room. There was no hot water, broken toilet, the microwave didn't work, stains on the couch, it was dirty and the floor was disgusting and sticky. Last thing, not even the coffee maker worked. In the morning the breakfast was out of everything including coffee. I'm not joking. This place is absolutely terrible and they should not be in this business. Unfortunately. If this is how they're taking care of their guests. They told me that their quote" general manager" would call me to refund my money but no phone calls yet and I'm not expecting. Place is awful, stay away if you want a decent place that you can actually sleep and take a shower.
