I booked the place last minute and Luca was wonderful! He gave me instructions on how to access the guesthouse , was very helpful and answered every questions I had. The location of the place is very convenient and close to everything. Will definitely stay there again.

The location of the property was absolutely fantastic just a couple of minutes from the tube and the room was lovely. The only thing I didnt like was we had no receptionist on site, I knew that in advance but I found the codes at the hotel awkward, everything else I loved and we got the hotel for a really good price but probably next time I would pay a little more to have the receptionist in place. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Rome, what a beautiful city with so many things to do, beautiful food, lovely people and amazing central location at the hotel and beautiful weather.
