Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast!
Verified review

8/10 Very good

The staff are very courteous and pleasant, especially the concierge, who was very helpful. Check in was a bit slow and time consuming, especially as I had pre paid. There was no WiFi in the room on arrival, luckily it was fixed within an hour of my complaining. My only disappointment was the bathroom. It is very out of date and the bathtub / shower is very awkward for someone about a certain age… also surprisingly slippy! If the bathroom were more 4-star and modern, I would rate the hotel 5 star. Room service food was very good and very speedy service.

The hotel is fine and well located for the European Parliament. The furniture is a little dated though and generally the hotel generally could do with some upgrading. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

An absolute dream of a central Brussels hotel. Perfect location between city sights and family in the suburbs. The staff was top-notch and provided impeccable service, especially at The Poet. Best breakfast buffet we have had in a long time. Merci!

Everyone I spoke to at the hotel was friendly and helpful - the room was a great size and comfortable. Great shower! The location of the hotel was perfect for us, with lots of day trips planned - the train station just a minute away and the metro also easily walkable. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
