The Hotel is in the centre of Lille, it has parking which is difficult to find. The structure of the building and its location ensures a quiet room. The dinner was enjoyable as was breakfast. Staff very supportive.

A beautiful hotel with an amazing Bar / Breakfast area. Friendly staff and a great all round place to stay within a few minute walk of the Zoo, restaurants and Bars.

4/10 Fair

Beautiful old converted building, but corridors and rooms were tatty and showing their age. Only came into contact with front desk staff, but they weren’t very friendly and (possibly the manager) one of the staff completely dismissed my request to fill my water bottle when I was checking out. EV chargers didn’t work. It is in a good location to walk into town and use the many restaurants and bars nearby. Didn’t eat or drink in the hotel as it looked quite soleless. Wouldn’t stay at this hotel again, and wouldn’t recommend it.

Great location and service. A bit dated and toilet requires a bit more cleaning. Otherwise very good breakfast and ambience

Very good value for money, with all one needs, including air conditioning, comfy bed, tea and coffee making facilities, and a safe. In an excellent position as well.

Lovely staff and grounds. Shower was the highlight. Came for the air conditioning during the heatwave but the system was not adequate. Fold out couch was incredibly uncomfortable and squeaky, ended up putting the mattress on the floor.
