Very cozy hotel right in the middle of Visby old town. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, and the breakfast buffet in the morning was yum!

LOVE LOVE LOVE

Visby Börs was so beautiful! Our room was spacious and the bed was incredible. The breakfast was vast and delicious. And the location was so perfect. This was such a great experience.

8/10 Very good

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Stayed in deluxe room which was fairly recently refurbished, spacious and had everything needed. Should note that hotel (or our room) did not have Aircon and the week was very warm (up to 30°C). With windows open it was manageable. It's an old building, so it's to be expected. Room was clean upon arrival, but during stay cleaning has room for improvement. I asked for cleaning one morning, expected it to be done having spent whole day out. Upon return room, it had not been touched and housekeeping staff had left for the day. I got the linen I needed, but I'd expect something this basic to be handled. Miscommunication or something. Overall we were very happy and small things like this don't ruin the overall experience. It's just something to improve on.

Visby is beautiful and Visby Börs is right in the centre of everything in a lovely building. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is nice too. I have stayed in both the main Hotell Visby Börs and one of the fancy century suites, the latter of which are more like apartments. I would recommend both, depending on the experience you're after. They are served by the same dining room, which is decorated lavishly in the style of the suites.

6/10 Good

Great room with wonderful view and nice main part of the hotel. Nevertheless the old art of the hotels needs a to be modernized, specially were you get the breakfast. The breakfast itself was ok, but not more than that. The service at the reception was not what you would expect. For the check-out we waited 30 min until somebody came

Everything was great except one day they had not cleaned the room.

6/10 Good

The location and breakfast were great. However the room itself was on the small size…no chair. The shower was not tight on the bottom and the water spilled out into the rest of the small bathroom. A lot of stairs to pull up luggage would be challenging for older folks. Very noisy at night. Staff was helpful with dinner suggestions.

Really nice property just wish reception had better hours. Great location but it was hard to get sleep because the club across the street is open all night into the early morning and you could hear everyone and the music.

Nice room, but you might not sleep..

This hotel is beautiful in the centre of Visby, a great location initially. We, a couple, went to Gotland mainly to walk/bike around and take long daytrips. Little did we know that Visby is a tiny party central in july - which is not the hotel’s fault - but one of the club scenes was like two meters from the hotel. The loud music and heavy bass pounded EVERY DAY the week we were there until 3-4am. We seriously did not sleep during our four nights in Visby (which all in all is the main reason for the hotel room..) and it did not help that you can’t control the temperature in the room. It was SO warm, and obviously an open window was not possible with all that noise. We also got the ground floor, with drunk people passing our window all night.. the hotel gave us a fan on our last day, after having complained three times.

Convenient Location but Room for Improvement

Rating: ★★★☆☆ My recent stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, but there were some issues that need attention. Positives: Convenient and central location, close to attractions and restauranger Polite and helpful staff. Areas for Improvement: They misspelled my name on all documents, which felt unprofessional. Instead of using my last name, they used my middle name and first name, which felt quite unprofessional and weird No bathroom shelf for toiletries, making it inconvenient. Doors don't lock automatically, causing security concerns. On my first day, I accidentally left my iPad and AirPods on the nightstand with the door unlocked, raising safety issues. Lacking basic amenities like bathrobes and shower caps for a 4-star hotel. Breakfast buffet was average, could use more variety and freshness. Overall, it's an okay option, but improvements are needed to match its 4-star rating.

Saknade sällskapsspel att sitta tillsammans med på kvällarna. Annars trevlig frukostbullar och trevlig personal. Saknade 2 sittfåtöjer på rummet och avhängningskrokar innanför dörren.
