Hotel de passagem com quarto com boas condições e limpo. O restaurante (não utilizámos), onde é servido o pequeno-almoço é num edifício exteriir, sem passagem pelo interior do hotel. É pena não ter serviço de bebidas e comidas (apenas uma máquina) a partir das 23h00. Só existe perto uma estação de serviço de combustível e o serviço eprrstado do exterior. A reserva feita em hotels.com referia pequeno-almoço incluído, mas no check-in disseram-nos que não.

Très longue attente à l'accueil pour l'enregistrement alors que la réservation avait déjà été faite sur internet. Font copie des cartes d'identités contrairement à la France. De plus petit déjeuner même pas dans l'hôtel. Il fait allé dans la cafétéria qui se trouve à 150m. Un petit sandwich + 1 jus d'orange + 1 café pour 7€. L'hôtel se fait une bonne marge car sur place c'était moins cher! Très déçus....

Man kann im Not das Hotel buchen. Ansonsten würde ich ein anderes suchen. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Das Bett wackelt derart, dass man sich am besten nicht bewegt. Keine Möglichkeit sich zu Fuss etwas zu besorgen.

Hôtel correct mais éloigné de Pampelune (20mns) de route. Pas de petit déjeuner et repas peu être possible dans une cafétéria de routiers !

Complètement déçus

A la réception la personne ne comprenait et ne parlait pas Français. Pas de prise ni même de lumière sur un côté du lit. Un très gros bruit de sifflement toute la nuit qui venait du compteur électrique. Le bruit des camions qui passaient. Et le bruit de la pluie qui s'entendait énormément. Pour le petit déjeuner, il faut sortir de l'hôtel et aller à la caféteria qui est à 2mn !!! Juste le droit à 1 café, 1 jus d'orange et une part de gâteau. Pas de croissant, ni pain.

Awful stay and attitude.

Awful stay , no hot water at all in the evening in any room , reception staff very lax attitude towards the problem as if they didn’t care , bed was hard as nails , completely dissatisfied and expect a complete refund after riding a motorcycle for twelve hours and not be able to shower and get a good nights rest is totally unacceptable, surprised at Hotels .com as never had a problem before .

Llegamos a las 21. 00 nuestra habitación estaba sucia, las camas, toallas... de los anteriores clientes. Nos hicieron esperar 30 minutos para limpiarla y a nuestra vuelta a las 23, habian quitado las sabanas y hecho las camas solo con mantas. El baño con pelo púvico, el cristal con pasta de dientes y el suelo con barro. Tras quejarnos nuevamente a las 24 nos pusieron en 2 habitaciones por el mismo precio. La verdad es que no volveremos.

Suficiente para dormir una noche cerca de Pamplona. Sin grandes lujos, cama cómoda. Habitación limpia. Las instalaciones están un poco degradadas por el uso...paredes sucias, bañera picada, algunas cosas rotas. Pero suficiente para dormir.

Mal estado general del hotel.

Un hotel en condiciones inaceptables, todo muy deteriorado. La llave se desprograma continuamente, la mampara de la ducha estaba mal instalada y se inundaba el baño cada vez que te duchas..... Para nada recomendable.
