Great price, excellent location, helpful staff. But this is not a fancy hotel by any means. It serves a purpose as a place to sleep for a few days while you explore panama city.

An acceptable hotel for the budget conscious traveler. However, the free airport pick-up that was advertised on the website and confirmed by email never showed up. Nobody could be reached upon arrival, neither by phone nor by email, so I had to take taxi.

Cleaning is very poor in the rooms and other areas of the hotel. The worst the bathroom. Although asked, they did not clean the bathroom well. The management did not attend to us. They propose a gym, a swimming pool, but it is under repair and the pool area is not cleaned and without conditions.
