The front desk staff was wonderful—both the woman who checked me in and the woman who checked me out were professional and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness did not match their high level of service. I found what appeared to be food splatter (like salsa or marinara) on the baseboards, and there was stray body hair left in the shower. Great service, but the housekeeping definitely needs improvement.

When I got there to check in the girl was asleep. The next morning I got up to take a shower. The shower head leaked and the shower doors would not stay closed. By the time I showered the floor was soaked. I brought that to their attention later that day and nothing was done about it. She said she would send housekeeping to check it out!!! How about maintenance??? No clean towels left in the room the next day!!!!

The girl at the desk was fine, but takes a photocopy of your ID. Place has people living there. Whole entrance smelled like Marijuana, The room we stayed in was recently remodeled, but you get no TV stations unless ypu use your own streaming serveces. Did not enjoy being woke up at 6am by a dog barking that was tied to a bush right outside our room. Offers no coffee or breakfastanywhere on property.
