8/10 Very good

It is good for a one-night... passing thru type stay. Room was crowded with oversized and unneeded furniture.

No one at the desk for check in or out. Good location and a lot of restaurants near the property

8/10 Very good

My room was very clean and smelled good. Simplistic with nice decor. My bed was very comfortable. I have stayed at the Regency Inn every 4th of July weekend for the past 5 years. They are doing a great job renovating. The pool was not open and needs renovation. The grounds were a bit messy, and they can improve on that. Hopefully, the pool will be up and running for next July 2027. I plan to stay there again next year.

6/10 Good

The hotel is a a little worn but ok for a quick stop. It looks like the place is mainstay for construction workers. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

I had a great stay at Regency Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in and check-out were both smooth, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I really appreciated how easy everything was. I would definitely stay here again.

Unique room interior with a unique odor. Room was clean and quiet and bed was comfortable.

The front desk staff was wonderful—both the woman who checked me in and the woman who checked me out were professional and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness did not match their high level of service. I found what appeared to be food splatter (like salsa or marinara) on the baseboards, and there was stray body hair left in the shower. Great service, but the housekeeping definitely needs improvement.

2/10 Poor

When I got there to check in the girl was asleep. The next morning I got up to take a shower. The shower head leaked and the shower doors would not stay closed. By the time I showered the floor was soaked. I brought that to their attention later that day and nothing was done about it. She said she would send housekeeping to check it out!!! How about maintenance??? No clean towels left in the room the next day!!!!

People live there! awesome bathroom, full couch and massive furniture overwhelmed modern upgrade. Coffee and muffins. Quick stop at best.

2/10 Poor

The girl at the desk was fine, but takes a photocopy of your ID. Place has people living there. Whole entrance smelled like Marijuana, The room we stayed in was recently remodeled, but you get no TV stations unless ypu use your own streaming serveces. Did not enjoy being woke up at 6am by a dog barking that was tied to a bush right outside our room. Offers no coffee or breakfastanywhere on property.

Very neat clean room however there was a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. Pool half full of green slime. Hallways carpets worn and stained and often smelled of stall smoke. Staff was apathetic.

8/10 Very good

Couldn’t get body wash for $104 a night. I should’ve had everything I stayed two nights that sucked and breakfast. There was no breakfast, plain coffee, plain creamer and some kind of dry cookie.

Good affordable stay

Very cost efficient! I have stayed here multiple times on business trips. The only downside was the ice machine was broken.
