The first glimpse of the property was decent. The lobby was clean. Our room was pretty clean other than a few random hairs and a roach crawling on the wall

I stay here every time I'm in town. I like it because the staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, breakfast is good. It is pretty friendly, they even have a pet cat that roams around. The price is the best around. I will definitely stay here again

This property is a little long in the tooth. The staff is great, friendly and helpful. The property/ rooms are dirty and old. Broken drains, ineffective AC system, stained covers and sheets,

Loved my stay at this motel. The friendliest staff I have ever encountered, so helpful and friendly. Everything is so clean and well maintained. Sits up high with wonderful mountain scenery.

It was a room to sleep in with no fanfare and the breakfast was average. It is connected to a restaurant that is worth visiting though.

This is our second stay and we will be staying every year we make the trip down to WV. The rooms are clean and they are doing updates. Which look amazing. All the staff have been wonderful. The hot breakfast is so good even my 14 and 16 year olds get out of bed for it.

Bed was comfortable. The tile floor had dirt on it. Ice machine one didn’t work and the other was out of ice.

Staff was good, entrance we was told to use at end of building was a mess, people were grilling and just hanging out not actual guests of hotel. Saw some dead roaches on the hallway floor, fortunately not in room. Very dated hotel with some upgrades, people above us on second floor stomped around most of the night. Best part was easy on and off of I 68. Just one night

The staff, saw my husban lumping a bit abdcwent out of their way to put us on the first floor. Breakfast had a litnof variety. There was a nice restaurant next door which was so convenient. As when we arrived it was an awful rain storm. Would definately stay there again

The hotel was very cute and quiet. You could hear the people above you walking around in the room, but other than that a great place to stay.

Inside the room was nice - although my first checked room had NO heat and I had to change rooms. Aesthetics of the hotel and entrance look awful upon arrival. Guessing there is some renovation going on. I hope. But guests should be told prior to arrival. Convenient location right off the highway.
