My flight to Colombia was super late and I didn't check in until 2am. They were the only hotel I could find who allow check in's that late and the front desk was accommodating on my arrival.

Everything was great about the property and the rooms, they allowed me to check-in before and everyone was friendly. The only thing that would of have made it perfect, would be a fan but other than that I am very pleased with everything.
