We had such a wonderful experience here! From the moment we were picked up by the shuttle all the way to check out. The service was amazing! Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had a birthday in our group but didn’t let anyone know and yet they still surprised us with a slice of cake and a handwritten card. It was such a thoughtful gesture. I feel like the bathrooms could be a little cleaner, the corners and walls need a scrubbing. The hallways need some air conditioning and an air fresher since it was a bit stale. Overall the rooms were big and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had an amazing variety! The pools were great too! The beach was alright. There was some trash in the water but that’s on the guests for not practicing “leave no trace”. Highly recommend the hotel!

Our second visit here as we enjoyed so much last year. A great hotel with large swimming pool and other lagoon pools taking you down to private beach with good beach bar and lunch menu. Very well set out and beautifully landscaped. Walking Street is directly opposite the hotel providing several dining options from restaurants to street food. Also shopping stalls and even entertainment on Weekend evenings. Easy enough to get a taxi to Long Beach and other beach bars/restaurants. Very good buffet breakfast in the hotel. Spacious rooms with balconies Efficient and courteous staff Thanks for another stay

My wife and I recently stayed at the Best Western Sonasea for a month. We highly recommend this resort. The Best Western is in a great location. It’s within walking distance to the night market, which has some of the best restaurants we’ve ever been to. The hotel is clean and modern. Ms. Thuy took personal pride in being our housekeeper. The Cview Sky Bar has beautiful sunset and nighttime views. We saw the green flash twice. Trong was a great bartender there, taking music requsts for us to dance. The beach was nice, only a short walk from the hotel, with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. The two pools were always immaculate. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of foods, from traditional brunch fare to Vietnamese specialities. The staff was wonderful. At the breakfast buffet, Miss Vy was the first to make us Vietnamese coffee. After that, Mr. Thuong’s entire staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Mr. Rau & Mr. Hiep were also very attentive, often serving us themselves.

Great hotel beachfront property Easy to get Grab taxis to take you into the main shopping and restaurant areas as this is a quiet location although Walking Street across the road has plenty of eateries Trips easy to organise from the hotel Will definitely stay here again
