It was an okay stay for a very cheap price. The outside area and parking lot was only slightly dirty with leaves and wrappers. Along the stairway there were trash cans but discarded pizza boxes were thrown about. My room was well accommodated with working AC, working television, and refrigerator with microwave. In the bathroom however, I did have ants along my showers edge. The floor of the room was also very dirty and desperately needed a sweep and mop. The internet would fail frequently as stated by the reviews and would have a 50/50 shot of keeping connection. They do allow late checkout and that was at no charge and a great option.

Check-in was fine. I’ve stayed here before. The rooms are decent. The bed is decent and the bathrooms are fairly nice although my shower door was off the hinge and didn’t line up. There’s no iron or ironing board. The TV didn’t work. My big issue was with the noise. You can hear everything in the rooms next to you and above you. It seemed like there was a pretty big party crowd above me. At 1:30 in the morning, they parked their car right outside my door and used the radio as a boom box. Then a fairly big commotion around 4:30. It’s unlikely I would stay there again.
