There's no doubt the location was great around the corner from pointvecyo within walking distance of everything. but unfortunately , without a/c , the place was a sauna. two meager upright fans and an equally small one on the ceiling did not do much to cool the place. a proper american style 6 blade 62" inch ceiling fan would have done far more to circulate the air than the little spinning fan they provide and the only cost about $200. I know because I provide them in all the rooms in my rentals back in california . the kitchen is pretty well stocked and has a very good refrigerator and decent size freezer.It even kept the gelato frozen

We had a fantastic stay in Florence, and this property significantly contributed to our experience. The apartment is gorgeous, situated in a beautiful building, and the location is unbeatable. It is right next to the Ponte Vecchio bridge, just a 3-minute walk to the Ufizzi Gallery, a 10-minute walk to the Duomo, and a 15-minute walk to the central station. At night, you are in the heart of all the action, with street performers, cocktails, and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is incredibly quiet, clean, and easy to access. Additionally, my husband forgot his wallet at the property, and they immediately contacted us to let us know. We are currently arranging for it to be shipped back to us. This will be our go-to place for our next visit, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful city!

Local muito espaçoso e perto de tudo. Mas pode se tornar inviável para o verão europeu por não ter ar condicionado. Senti falta de cabideiro em um dos quartos, de suporte de toalhas no banheiro e suporte de sabonete e shampoo no box do chuveiro. A máquina de lavar roupas precisa de passar por uma higienização.

A acomodação foi satisfatória. Todavia, fomos surpreendidos quando no check-in nos acomodaram em outro apartamento. Quando fizemos a reserva escolhemos um apartamento em localização melhor e mais caro do que a acomodação que nos colocaram. Ligamos e pedimos para que fosse corrigido o equívoco, mas disseram que nao poderiam trocar.

Не рекомендую

за несколько часов до заселения я связалась с хозяином апартаментов Лукой и он написал, что необходимо доплатить за апартаменты, якобы оплачено только половина. Пришлось очень долго разбираться и связываться с московским офисом для разъяснений. По итогу оказалось, что доплачивать нужно только налоги и уборку, за жилье все было оплачено. Лука нас заселил в апартаменты хуже, далеко от центра и с неприятным запахом в старом доме на улице Via Dei Macci 82/84, впечатление было испорчено, ведь я оплачивала апартаменты другого класса.
