10/10 Exceptional

The staff were extremely helpful, great room for the price, and the continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen, located within an easy access of Newport Beach during a busy holiday weekend.

8/10 Very good

Pretty nice and updated for the price but the bed was not great and could really use a good mattress topper to make it more comfortable. The pillows sucked too. I had to buy some which I left with my daughter who lives there they were so bad. The shower was great, I liked the lighted mirror in the bathroom too. It was nice and quiet for the most part.

10/10 Exceptional

When I first was booking here, it looked more like a motel for versus a hotel. Once we walk into the facility, our room was amazing. The customer service was great. Everything was clean. The showerhead was something I haven’t seen before in the hotel. They gave us every single thing that we needed plus more it was quiet no loud noise just very peaceful and we would definitely be booking here again. I recommend if you’re reading this to check it out for yourself.
