The front desk staff at check in was very helpful, pleasant and genuine. The cleanliness of the room was okay. The floors could have used a better cleaning, and the carpet was in pretty rough shape. The tub had cracks. All in all the room was dated but that is be expected for the cost of the stay. The bedding was clean and fresh and appeared to be new.

It looked nothing like the pictures. The linens were ancient. The towels smelled like old grease and everything was incredibly outdated. In pictures it looks bright. It is definitely dark and old. The pool was closed. The guy at the desk that checked us in was awesome and the location was really convenient.

Front desk clerk is friendly. Location is good for walking to CW. Room had no toilet paper, dirty doors, vomit and period blood on the comforter. The beds were made so housekeeping didn’t wash the bedding and just made the beds.

Only positives are the location to CW, pancake house next door and the front desk worker. This was our go to place for the last 2 years and don’t know what happened in 3 months cause the housekeeping staff is nonexistent. The place was old and needed updating but was always clean. This time the room was disgusting from dirt on the walls, no toilet paper, period blood all over the comforter along with what looks like vomit.

Amazing, clean, quiet, older but updated and great location. I loved it! Pool was so clean and the pool chairs comfy and new and even had a rocking chair. Guy up front was funny and very helpful. I couldn’t believe the price and paid a lot more at other hotels along the way that were terrible. Will make this our go to motel while in Williamsburg from now on. Definitely a hidden gem.

Great value in a VERY convenient location for William and Mary, or Colonial Williamsburg. Not new, not fancy. Cheap, clean and comfortable. Things showed their age, but worked. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice and had a good amount of fluff (but not too bulky). The towels were not great, but there was plenty of hot water and they even provide complimentary soap. It is all on one level and parking is immediately outside the door. Pool is decent. No breakfast.
