This is my second time staying at this location, and both have been great experiences. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are immaculate. The location is convenient because it is in walking distance from Union Station, and easy biking distance to museums, monuments, and fabulous dining options. Looking forward to my next stay!

The staff was nice. The room was a bit weird. Particularly the glass door to the toilet room. It would be fine if only one person stayed in the room. It didn’t lock or latch. And it was open over the top. Lack of bathroom privacy. The shower also opens directly into the room.

Great location and great staff. The check-in process was seamless, the room was clean and the staff was helpful in pointing out good places to eat, if you didn't want to eat ad have a drink at the hotel bar which was nice. The hotel was also within a 10 min walk to Union station so getting there without a car wasn't hard at all. I will be staying here again on the next trip to D.C.

The staff was very helpful and flexible. When we arrived, the AC in our room was not working. So they simply moved us to another room and all was well. Great location to the Mall and public transit. Free breakfast was wonderful (during the week it’s the full buffet…weekends it’s a plated breakfast was was delicious and filling). All around, a wonderful stay!
