We couldn’t even stay in the room because of bugs, towels and Everything was dirty. Ended up sleeping in my truck wasn’t able to get a refund because of their policy. The person that took me in at 5 AM was very nice and helpful staff. When trying to check out not helpful at all not friendly will reconsider staying with any wyndramProperties.

Pros: - Staff we’re extremely helpful and polite - Rooms themselves we’re well kept (for the most part) - Breakfast was really good Cons: - Building is in state of disrepair, water leaking in the concourses, elevators we’re sub par - Very ghetto atmosphere, especially when considering the hotel is next to a prison. - Room Service was sub par, they never replaced our towels or threw our trash out. Also blankets had noticeable stains. - The Sign says “Developers Inn” even though it’s a Baymont, very weird and concerning Though not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Orlando, it is definitely on the lower end. I don’t understand how this hotel is listed as a Good (7/10) property on Hotels.com

I’ve never seen a hotel as wet and humid. There was water on the ceilings that DRIPPED onto everything ! The floors, the BED was WET, dropped onto you. There was no remote to the TV, there is no microwave or fridge. The room does not come with towels you must ask and wait hours for them to bring you towels. I was given towels finally, leave after 4pm to go out and come back to see even more towels they thought they should bring to my room when no one was there and put on my bed next to all of my things. There was also no DND sign so i guess just come in my room?? I will literally never stay here again or recommend. Breakfast was good but we could not have been happier to leave.

Older property but decently renovated. 30-45 minutes to Disney, 20 to Universal and SeaWorld, 10 into downtown. Clean (although I agree with another review that the floors in my room blackened my socks too), safe location but traffic can get noisy facing JYP and 4, great staff, pool and breakfast were fine. Surprising plus: the WiFi had one of the strongest, most reliable signals I've ever had at a hotel. I want to add that some of these reviewers are a bit unrealistic. There are plenty of luxury hotels to choose from in and around the city and attractions, so temper your expectations accordingly: this is a budget travel motel.

Room renovation is needed as the toilet lock was broken. Staff were working very hard — only one staff handling a long queue, with about 30 minutes waiting time. They deserve a raise. Breakfast was organized, but adding bacon or more fruit options would be appreciated. Parking was not crowded during my stay. Overall, the stay was good, mainly because the hotel location is close to everything.
