We couldn’t even stay in the room because of bugs, towels and Everything was dirty. Ended up sleeping in my truck wasn’t able to get a refund because of their policy. The person that took me in at 5 AM was very nice and helpful staff. When trying to check out not helpful at all not friendly will reconsider staying with any wyndramProperties.

Pros: - Staff we’re extremely helpful and polite - Rooms themselves we’re well kept (for the most part) - Breakfast was really good Cons: - Building is in state of disrepair, water leaking in the concourses, elevators we’re sub par - Very ghetto atmosphere, especially when considering the hotel is next to a prison. - Room Service was sub par, they never replaced our towels or threw our trash out. Also blankets had noticeable stains. - The Sign says “Developers Inn” even though it’s a Baymont, very weird and concerning Though not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Orlando, it is definitely on the lower end. I don’t understand how this hotel is listed as a Good (7/10) property on Hotels.com
