Stayed here with a group of 11 in 3 different rooms before a cruise. The family rooms were actually 2 separate rooms which was useful because each family had 2 bathrooms. The room was large for a European hotel. It was clean and the AC worked very well. The staff were helpful with recommendations as well as getting us a taxi on the morning of the cruise. I would 100% stay in this hotel again.

Very friendly staff and great experience! Very kid friendly and accomodating. I have nothign but good things to say about this hotel and I would book it again in the future. The breakfast buffet was relatively small but adequate and had everything we needed to get a great start to the day, including very friendly staff. The only slightly negative i can think of is the parking situation. They have a partnership with a parking structure for lower rates but it's about a 10 minute walk. There are howvere several loading and unloading spots in front of the hotel so check in check out was easy and we didn't have to carry our luggage across town. The staff gave a little welcoming "vanity kit" for the baby and teh staff got out slightly older kids some little gift bags with notepads etc (it looked like they were leftovere from an event they had but the kids loved them! It was a great gesture!)

This hotel should not be classified as a 4 star hotel. It is fairly run down and pretty basic. We stayed in a junior suite. Wallpaper was bubbling on the wall, areas not cleaned well, more of a budget hotel. The bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable. The windows in our “suite” were wide but up at the ceiling (more like transom windows) and we couldn’t even see outside. Every time we were in the lobby, a different guest was complaining at the desk about something. We didn’t eat at the lounge but that is one very nice feature. The location is close to restaurants and some shopping. Overall, would not recommend.

We had a room on the 14th floor and the views were fantastic. The amenities in the room were great - coffee machine, kettle, complimentary water, bathrobes, etc. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of tourists and the metro station is a bit far. We managed to travel everywhere by buses as there is a stop right outside the hotel. We did not have the breakfast as we prefer a light nibble and just behind the hotel is a cafe called Cafe Blatt which serves excellent food. The staff was very friendly especially Stefano and Laura (who recommended Cafe Blatt to us).

Pros: Location is good as this is near to all the attractions surrounded by shops and cafe. Staff was good. Cons: The rooms are small, shower area is terribly small without shower door. You cannot take proper shower as the water spills out and anyone could slip. I was not happy with the room and hotel in appearance as it looked old. Price of hotel was the most expensive I paid for 4 nights but the rooms and shower comparatively as not like a 4 Star hotel.

Wonderful hotel and perfect for our stay. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working due to maintenance works that we had not been made aware of. Staff were attentive and willing to assist with providing fans etc
