Clean rooms...the breakfast and dinner were so good..the pool looked clean and the beds were comfortable
Verified review

8/10 Very good

The room could have been cleaner, but renovations are needed. It's hard to clean things when they really need to be changed out instead due to age or wear and tear. The staff, all of them, were extremely friendly and helpful.

A little slow on the check-in. Nice rooms and nice amenities. Friendly staff. A little noisy in my room by the elevator. Elevator sticks a little bit at the ground level. The stairways need some attention; cleaned and remove standing water on the floor. Loved the bartender, friendly and helpful. Good food from the bar as well. Great prices. Will stay again.

Fantastic stay!

It's the best Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in. Very clean, great staff, convenient to restaurants and it's the nicest one I've been to. Huge dining area for breakfast! Just a wonderful experience!

Had a nice comfortable time with my kids and grandkids for their birthday. And the buffet breakfast was delicious. I would be booking again the next time I want to swim.

Very nice property staff was OK. Could have been a little bit more polite. The breakfast was amazing. Also, the bar tender was pretty cool. I would visit this property again.

Great location, very nice and clean. Area felt safe. Complimentary breakfast buffet is very good, lots of options. Fre water much appreciated. The check in/check out always had 1 person only working and although they were always pleasant the lines were long and slow.

6/10 Good

Room was in decent condition. When we got there the room was locked from the inside which gave us pause. This room was “outside” and the room had a lot spiders and different bugs. The room smelled funny but overall it was a good room and did its job.

Bed was great. Pillows were great. Room was just fine. The elevator needed clean. They were dirty inside. Breakfast was good.

Super friendly and inviting

I loved the suite I had. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The lobby was inviting. I loved the coffee machine in the lobby. The breakfast was amazing with so many options. I did not use the bar but looked like one I would have if I had more time. The pool area was great and my family spent the day there. I will stay there again

Quite nice and clean service were very nice

It was great and comfortable. I just hate. I had to leave a day early. I had paid for the four days, but I had to leave a day early.

8/10 Very good

It was okay, the sweet was a little chincy. Just a couch in an adjacent room, no tv or furniture at all. No dishes in the kitchen that type of stuff but the shower was nice and the other room was a decent typical hotel room. Good for the price just not great. Breakfast was okay too.

Clean and friendly, but no hot water

The hotel and room were clean and the staff was very friendly. But the WiFi was near impossible to connect to and I wasn’t given directions on how to connect. The hot water took a very long time in the shower and was only warm.

6/10 Good

Hotel room and staff were great. It’s was a pretty noisy and rough crowd though. By looking at all the work boots in the hallway, there were a lot of construction workers staying there. Unfortunately, my room was on the first floor and close to the lobby and bar. Lots of loud talking and music up and down the hall and in the rooms all throughout the night. The smokers congregated by the front door and were very boisterous. Maybe they should make a smoking patio around the corner of the building. I finally just got up at 3:30am and went to work early. No rest was to be had.
