10/10 Exceptional

This hotel is 2 miles from Hobby Airport. It was an excellent choice for a 4 am rental car return and 1st flight of the day out of Hobby. The hotel was very clean, staff welcoming, and food service was available on Sunday evening.

8/10 Very good

Nothing fancy but as a decent place to stay before heading to Galveston for a cruise, it did the job. The price and shuttle ride from the airport were a plus, as I didn’t have a car the pizza and fries were overpriced but a decent snack from the restaurant.

Room was clean and spot on. Everytime I stay here it never disappoints. Ms. Eliza(don’t know how to spell it) is so helpful. She made sure our breakfast was on our room. Parking is great and in a great location. I will always stay here!

I received some of the best hospitality I’ve had in a long time at my stay. Colin checked us in and was also our driver to the airport - he couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. Very much would recommend staying here if you get the chance!

2/10 Poor

Overall the stay was not what wouldexpectfor such a big name hotel. I had booked a different room at least to my knowledge however the hotel and the website i used to book are not completely the same according to the clerk that checked me in. So I did not get the room that I thought I had booked through the website and had to settle for a much less spacious room. I rated the upkeep low and cleanliness because they do not move or check under the furniture and for a family with a small child this is importance number one for them, clean room. I won’t share what I found on here but believe me I took it straight to the clerk. Outside of that we made the best out of our stay and enjoyed the pool time with family as we celebrated our little one’s first birthday. However would not book this hotel again.
