Relatively good location, a few meters away from all the action, but in a part of town that is a bit run down. The hotel is a building from the communist era. Parts of the common areas (e.g. the elevators) have only been partially renovated. Breakfast is average with staff sometimes looking overwhelmed.

Great hotel, with a a fantastic location very close to the heart of the old town. Excellent family room with 2 bedrooms and all in excellent order. Also had an excellent breakfast. Only slight disappointment was the gym, 2 of the machines were out of order and we specifically booked this hotel as it had a gym, but was still useable. Would definitely recommend.

The staff at check in were great, the system was down so it was a manual check in and took a bit longer. But they very kindly upgraded us which we appreciated a lot and they were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and felt very new. The bathroom was large and had great amenities. The hotel is in short walking distance to the old town with lots of bars and restaurants. The only downside to the stay were the soft pillows and noise from the room above in the very early hours of the morning.

All very good. Location perfect. Staff on top of their game all the time, from reception staff to breakfast room and pool area, and including the Rondo car rental guys who make it all very easy for the guests. Few points for improvement: ideally rooms would have full blackout curtains; fruits at breakfast was almost never ripe and lacked taste; it's a pity the larger of the two saunas was broken most of the time as the other one is too small. Besides this, I would stay again for sure

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was great. The room was huge and clean, however there were no drawers, so we lived out of our suitcases. We were disappointed the spa/pool was closed, which was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. When I checked back, it was in small print at the bottom of the booking that it was closed the whole of April and I hadn’t seen this. The location is excellent, it’s right in the centre of Ljubljana. We would stay here again.

Great Staff, Great location however the hotel was underging renovation. Of course not told this at booking. No mini bar in room, heating not working even after maintenance looked at it, phone not working, noise all day from construction, parking issues.
